Where are you located and how much is shipping?

TUDIA is proud to call Saint Paul, Minnesota, home. All orders on tudiaproducts.com are shipped from our headquarters in Saint Paul, MN 55117. For domestic deliveries, most orders within the United States arrive within 5-7 business days. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $25. For smaller orders, shipping price will vary by weight and destination. You can estimate the cost of shipping at usps.com. We do not charge handling fees.

When will my order be shipped?

You can expect your order to be shipped within 1 or 2 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed after 11:00 am CST or on a holiday / weekend will be processed next business day. We observe the same holidays as USPS. Click here for a complete list of USPS holidays.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours or if your tracking information is showing any problems or delays please contact our customer service team to assist you.

How do I contact you about my order?

If you need assistance, our Customer Service team is happy to help! If you have any concerns about your order, reach out to us at support@tudiaproducts.com. We are open Monday-Friday between 10am and 4pm CST and respond to most customer inquiries in less than 24 hours.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If USPS marks your package as “Address Unknown”, “Insufficient Address”, or “Undeliverable as Addressed” it is likely your package was unable to be delivered and will soon be returned back to us. If the package was not able to be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, we will ship a replacement package to you once we have confirmed an updated address. If the package is returned a second time, the customer is eligible to receive a refund of the item’s value, but the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What do I do if my package shows it has been delivered, but I have not received anything?

Most commonly, the package is left in the mailbox with your usual USPS mail. Please look around your mailbox to see if the item has been set somewhere different. Also, please check with your family and neighbors to see if they received the package for you by accident. If you are unable to locate the delivered package, please contact us for assistance. If needed, we are always happy to ship a replacement package. Please note, orders that show confirmation of delivery are ineligible for refund.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Boxes?

Yes! USPS is our trusted shipping carrier and they offer deliver to APO, FPO, DPO and PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We strive to make our products accessible to customers all around the world. We offer shipping to most destinations via USPS First Class Mail. Please note, international delivery takes between 14-21 business days and tracking information is not guaranteed. We offer flat-rate international shipping for $9.99 per order, regardless of the number of items in the order. For expedited international shipping or guaranteed tracking, please contact us directly to discuss upgraded shipping options.

Why am I not able to check out / ship to my country?

We strive to ensure everyone has the opportunity to purchase our products. If you are having trouble with placing an order with us, please contact us to request the addition of your country to our list of eligible locations.

Where is my order? Has it been lost?

For international orders, please allow 14-21 business days for delivery. Unfortunately, when shipping overseas there is always the risk of unforeseen customs delays. If you do not receive your international order within 30 days from date of shipping, please contact us so that we can assist you in sending a replacement package.

Do I need to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes?

Any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Since fees and regulations can vary by country, please contact your local customs office for further information regarding the charges you may encounter.

How can I locate an Authorized TUDIA Distributor in my country?

Return Information

How do I return my order?

We allow returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt. To start the return process, please contact us for assistance at support@tudiaproducts.com. Please note, for a standard return the following conditions apply:
The product must have been purchased from tudiaproducts.com within the past 30 days and have a valid order number. Orders from other online marketplaces or sellers are not eligible for return to TUDIA.
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt back at our facility, the product’s condition will be assessed. Products not in their original condition or missing pieces will be subject to a $3 restocking fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

The original shipping fees and the costs of return shipping are non-refundable.

We cannot process any refunds until the item has been received back at our warehouse.
You can expect your refund to be processed within a week of delivery. Providing a return tracking number or proof of delivery is highly encouraged. TUDIA is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

 

My item is damaged, how do I get a replacement?

For defective issues and replacements, please complete our product support form found on TUDIA's warranty page.
